What does 925 sterling silver mean?
925 means the metal is 92.5% pure silver, mixed with 7.5% other metals for strength. This blend is called sterling silver. Every House of Binti piece comes with an authenticity card.
How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimetres. Match it to the size guide on the product page, or read our ring size guide.

When will my order arrive?
Dispatched in 1 to 7 working days. Delivered in 2 to 7 working days after dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders. Personalised pieces take 1 to 15 days to dispatch. If your ring, chain or bracelet size is not ready, it can take a few days more, and we tell you first.
You get tracking details once your order ships.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. Start a return within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused and unworn, in its original packaging, with the authenticity card. We refund after our quality check. The ₹150 COD charge is not refunded.

How do I keep silver from tarnishing?
Take it off for water, perfume and sunscreen, and store it dry in a small zip-lock pouch.
Clean silver with a silver polishing cloth. Wipe gold-plated pieces with a soft dry cloth only, because polishing wears the plating away.
